Our goal is to make Pronto the de-facto standard for money transfer
services to Brazil, focusing on four key elements that should drive the added
value our clients will receive.
Convenient: Our business model is based on providing
easy-of-reach and easy-of-use to our client-sender, making it easy for them to
accomplish their money remittance needs. Being that through the internet or
telephone, opening our own locations or establishing agency relationships with
already developed or in-development points of sales and/or services dedicated
to (or with a focus on) the Brazilian community living in the United States, we
want to be there for when our clientele needs us. This convenience will allow
us to, not only reach our target client base where they usually go for their
day-to-day needs, but also to generate repeated transactions.
Fast: Our clients demand that we complete their transactions
in the shortest possible time. On the other hand, federal and state laws
mandate analysis and reporting of certain transactions if above certain
thresholds or/and if deemed suspicious. We recognize that it is through the use
of state-of-the-art technology and systems that our company will be able to
deliver a service that is fast and, at the same time, fulfill any regulatory
requirement mandated by law.
Reliable: Financial services organizations succeed or fail
based upon their ability to maintain customer and partner trust. Reputation not
only depends on our ability to maintain operational efficiency, but also the
ability to manage operational risk. Financial institutions have been in the
security business longer than most. The strength of our brand depends on our
ability to safeguard our customers' funds; to instill confidence in our
customers that their assets are accessible, well-protected and will be
delivered to their beneficiaries' accounts on a timely manner.
Compliance with legal requirements and government regulations is an integral
part of our business. Stringent focus on compliance procedures and the
company's role within its regulatory environment are also important drivers of
trust in our brand and management team. Marketing efforts that promote our
brand and the advantages and benefits of formal (regulated) transfers should be
developed using dedicated channels. Excellent relationships and an open channel
of communication with regulators and law enforcement agents should also be
fostered. Pronto Money Transfer, Inc. is committed to always use
state-of-the-art technology and procedures to guarantee the reliability of our
service and the safeguard of our clients' personal information.
Cost effective: The global funds transfer business is very
competitive, and we face a variety of competitors across our business. We
compete for agents and customers on the basis of value, service, quality,
technical and operational differences, price and financial incentives paid to
agents once they have entered into an agreement. In order to be successful in
our targeted market, serving a pre-selected send and receive corridor where we
believe we have an opportunity and advantage to compete against
well-established operators, we need to, at least, be able to match any
competing pricing strategy we may face. In order words, our clients will
perceive an added-value from our services because they will know that they are
not paying more for our service than they would normally pay, had they chosen
another regulated and licensed remitter.
