If this is your first time sending money to Brazil with Pontual Money Transfer:

or call 1-877-PONTUAL (1-877-766-8825) to request a form faxed or e-mailed to
you by one of our representatives.

Complete the form in its entirety and do not forget to sign it.

If you are sending money with us for the first time or whenever needed,
we request that you send a copy of TWO of the following unexpired forms of
documents:

U.S. or foreign driver's license

U.S. or foreign identification card
-
U.S. or foreign Passport
-
U.S. social security card or other official document showing your ITIN number
-
Permanent resident card (green card) or work permit card
-
Utility bill with your name and address on it (telephone, gas, electricity,
cable TV, etc)

Car registration with your name and address on it

Make a copy of the ID document you listed under "Sender's ID Type Information"
and fax it, along with the completed CIP Form to 1-310-388-5457 or e-mail it to
customerservice@pontualmt.com.

We accept any U.S. or Brazilian ID document as long as it is (1) not expired
and (2) contains your picture on it. We request that the signature on the ID
document matches the signature on the CIP Form.

Complete the form indicating the amount you want to transfer and also how you
would like us to send you your transaction receipt. Please do not forget to
sign the SEND form.

Make a bank deposit in the following bank account:

Include the deposit slip in the Customer SEND Form
-
Retain the original deposit slip (this is your confirmation that you made a
deposit in one of our accounts)

Sometimes, depending on the level of activity, we may request a source of
wealth statement. It can be any of the following documents:

A copy of your latest payroll payment stub

A letter from your employer stating your name, position, date of hire and your
supervisor contact information

A standard letter of reference from your bank in the United States
-
Your most recent U.S. bank statement
-
Your latest U.S. tax return

Fax us:

The Customer SEND Form completed and signed by you

The bank deposit slip
-
Copies of two of the documents listed above (copies must be clear and legible)
in case you have not done so before or whenever requested

As soon as we receive all the information requested, we will process your order
for transmission and you can get your customer receipt from us the following
