Terms and Conditions for Transfer of Funds to Be Remitted Abroad: The transfer will be effected by us subject to the following terms and conditions and we assume no obligation or undertaking except those expressly set forth herein. Whenever you place an order for transmission with us and we generate a receipt for you, we shall send, at your risk, a message to our correspondent, requesting that payment be made to the payee in the currency of the place of payment and make funds or credits available thereof.

Payment to the beneficiary shall be made at the retail exchange rate agreed upon when the order for transmission was placed and as expressly set forth in the order receipt, subject to regulations and restrictions of the United States and of the foreign government in connection with foreign exchange transactions and/or transfer of funds abroad.

When the beneficiary receives payment in non-U.S. currency, a retail exchange rate may be applied in addition to any fees. The foreign currency for these transactions is obtained at a wholesale rate that fluctuates, but may approximate the wholesale rate for such currency listed in newspapers such as the Wall Street Journal. The difference between the retail rate and the wholesale rate will be kept by Pronto Money Transfer, Inc., its independent agents or its foreign correspondents as revenue, in addition to any fees. Please ask the clerk and/or refer to posted signs for the current rate before you decide to use the service.

You, the customer, are entitled to a Right to Refund. Nevertheless, we reserve the right to research whether final payment has been made to the beneficiary according to your original instructions as printed in the order receipt. We may take up to 10 days from the date we receive your request for refund to research whether final payment has been made to the beneficiary according to your original instructions. By the end of this ten-day period, if a refund check is appropriate it shall be issued. No refunds shall be made by us if final payment to the beneficiary has already been completed according to your original instructions or, because we are furnished with erroneous identification, payment has been made to one other than the beneficiary.

Right To Refund: You, the customer, is entitled to a refund of the money to be transmitted as the result of this agreement if Pronto Money Transfer, Inc. does not forward the money received from you within 10 days of the date of its receipt, or does not give instructions committing an equivalent amount of money to the person designated by you within 10 days of the date of the receipt of the funds from you unless otherwise instructed by you. If your instructions as to when the moneys shall be forwarded or transmitted are not complied with and the money has not yet been forwarded or transmitted you have a right to a refund of your money.

If you want a refund, you must mail or deliver your written request to Pronto Money Transfer, Inc. at 111 N. Sepulveda Blvd, Suite 340, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266. If you do not receive your refund, you may be entitled to your money back plus a penalty of up to $1,000 and attorney's fees pursuant to Section 1810.5 of the California Financial Code.
